Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Trevor Bauer was born and raised in North Hollywood, CA before attending college at UCLA where he studied Mechanical Engineering. He is obsessed with training, learning, creating, and self-improvement. Trevor is a diehard Duke Basketball fan, with March Madness being his favorite time of year, until his Blue Devils lose. He is a tech nerd, a consumer of every UFC pay-per-view, and loves Melodic Swedish Death Metal. Yes, that’s an actual genre. His day jobs do not allow for much free time, but when they do he enjoys traveling, taking photos, and making videos.
Co-Founder & Chief Content Officer
Taiki Green, co-founder, and former collegiate pitcher, started working at the start-up baseball training company, Driveline Baseball. After working as the head of content there he then left to be a freelance Director/Producer. Taiki has worked with a number of organizations such as ESPN, Fox Sports, MLB, and Parkwood Entertainment. His goal now is to tell visually powerful stories in and around baseball. With his free time, Taiki enjoys traveling as much as he can (at least 2-3 countries a year), great food, solid-well-curated memes, and being around people that inspire him to do better every day.
Director of Production
Will Leahey is from the Jersey Shore and currently resides in NYC. His baseball career peaked in middle school, but his softball career took off after he won the JEBLCFS home run derby in 2014. He received his BA in Communication and Music from Fairfield University and his MBA in Marketing and Finance from the University of Miami. He has served in the US Navy, founded an aquatic apparel company, and was a producer for Barstool Sports. He believes quite firmly that if Albert Pujols juiced and was drafted by the Rockies, he would have no less than 1,200 career home runs.
